relating to workforce development; appropriating money for the Cook County
Higher Education Board.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$100,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated to the commissioner of employment and
economic development from the workforce development fund for transfer to the Cook
County Higher Education Board to provide educational programming and academic support
services to remote regions in northeastern Minnesota.
