BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; WILDLIFE DISEASE AND RESPONSE.

$1,500,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources for wildlife disease surveillance and emergency response. Of this
amount, $208,000 is for enforcement response to escaped animals from cervidae farms.
