relating to public safety; transferring money to the disaster contingency account.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin DISASTER CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT.

$10,000,000 in fiscal year 2019 is transferred from the general fund to the disaster
contingency account established under Minnesota Statutes, section 12.221, subdivision 6.
This is a onetime transfer.
