relating to state government; modifying best and final offer in the state solicitation
process; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 16C.251.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 16C.251, is amended to read:
16C.251 BEST AND FINAL OFFER.
A "best and final offer" solicitation process may not be used for building and construction
