BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin CURRICULUM FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKERS.

new text begin Minnesota State Colleges and Universities shall collaborate with Northwestern Health
Sciences University to develop a community health worker curriculum to train and certify
chiropractic and acupuncture licensees and students attending Northwestern Health Sciences
University as community health workers under Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.0625,
subdivision 49.
