BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[97A.138] INSECTICIDES IN WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREAS.

A person may not use a product containing an insecticide in a wildlife management area
if the insecticide is from the neonicotinoid class of insecticides.
