A bill for an act
 relating to real property; landlord and tenant; permitting the court to award attorney
fees to the prevailing party in an eviction action; amending Minnesota Statutes
2018, section 504B.345, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 504B.345, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:
