A bill for an act
 relating to education; allowing Independent School District No. 846, Breckenridge,
to enter into an agreement for postsecondary enrollment options.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin BRECKENRIDGE SCHOOL DISTRICT.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.09, subdivision 3, Independent School
District No. 846, Breckenridge, may enter into an agreement with a higher education
institution located outside of the state of Minnesota but within four miles of the high school.
The higher education institution is an eligible institution only for the purposes of providing
a postsecondary enrollment options program under Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.09.
