BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$800,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $800,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for grants to
the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board to fund its youth workforce employment program
Learn to Earn/Teen Teamworks.
