relating to higher education; appropriating money for partnerships among Minnesota
state colleges and universities, K-12 school districts, and local businesses and
industry.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATIONS.

new text begin (a) $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated
from the general fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and
Universities to enhance existing partnerships among its institutions, K-12 school districts,
and local businesses and industry.
