relating to agriculture; appropriating money for mental health counseling.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING.

$....... in fiscal year 2020 and $....... in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the general
fund to the commissioner of agriculture for transfer to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota
State Colleges and Universities for statewide mental health counseling support to farm
families and business operators. South Central College shall serve as the fiscal agent.
