A bill for an act
 relating to natural resources; prohibiting certain actions to obtain access to land
in Clearwater County; amending Laws 2017, chapter 93, article 2, section 163.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2017, chapter 93, article 2, section 163, is amended to read:


Sec. 163. ACTION TO OBTAIN ACCESS PROHIBITED; CLEARWATER
COUNTY.
