relating to utilities; modifying a definition; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018,
section 216B.02, subdivision 2b.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 216B.02, subdivision 2b, is amended to read:
Subd. 2b.
Municipality.
