vehicles.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; SUPPLY EQUIPMENT FOR PUBLIC ELECTRIC
VEHICLES.

new text begin $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the Pollution Control Agency to support the development of supply equipment for public
electric vehicles. No more than ten percent of this appropriation may be devoted to equipment
with a maximum charging capability of less than 150 kilowatts.
