BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin FALLS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin (a) $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of transportation for a grant to the International Falls-Koochiching County
Airport Commission to provide for the nonfederal share of Falls International Airport capital
improvements.

new text begin (b) The grant under this appropriation does not require a nonstate contribution or match.
This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2021.
