A bill for an act
relating to liquor; authorizing the city of St. Paul to issue an off-sale intoxicating
liquor license to a hotel that formerly held an off-sale license.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.405, subdivision 1, paragraph (b),
the city of St. Paul may issue an off-sale intoxicating liquor license to a hotel located at 350
Market Street that formerly held an off-sale license as of March 1, 2018.
