relating to natural resources; prohibiting certain actions to obtain access to land
in Clearwater County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin ACTION TO OBTAIN ACCESS PROHIBITED; CLEARWATER
COUNTY.

The commissioner of natural resources must not initiate a civil action or otherwise seek
to obtain access to land administered by the commissioner via a private road connected to
County Road 27, located in Clearwater County, Township 147, Range 32 or Range 33.
