BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

authority, the commissioner of agriculture must not adopt the Proposed Rule Governing
Nitrogen Fertilizer (Minnesota Rules, chapter 1573; Revisor's ID Number R-04337).
