BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MINNESOTA LITERACY COUNCIL; APPROPRIATION.

$150,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of education for a grant to the Minnesota Literacy Council to upgrade the Northstar Digital
Literacy assessment.
