relating to legacy; appropriating money for local inflow and infiltration reduction
programs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$5,000,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
Metropolitan Council for grants or loans for local inflow and infiltration reduction programs
addressing high-priority areas in the metropolitan area, as defined in Minnesota Statutes,
section 473.121, subdivision 2. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June
30, 2021.
