relating to capital investment; appropriating money for a grant to the city of St.
Paul for a track at Highwood Hills Park.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$100,000 in fiscal year 2019 is appropriated from the general fund to the Metropolitan
Council for a grant to the city of St. Paul to design and construct a track around the soccer
field at Highwood Hills Park. This appropriation is available until the project is completed
or abandoned subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
