BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS; APPROPRIATION.

$9,200,000 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of corrections to fund a deficiency in the base budget for the offender health care contract.
This is a onetime appropriation.
