BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$325,000 in fiscal year 2017 and $325,000 in fiscal year 2018 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of the Bureau of Mediation Services for the purposes of
the Public Employment Relations Board under Minnesota Statutes, section 179A.041.
