relating to health; restricting ability of housing with services establishments to
require residents to change living units; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota
Statutes, chapter 144D.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Housing with services establishments must not require a resident to move from the
resident's living unit to another living unit after a resident begins receiving customized living
services under section 256B.0915.
