 relating to clean water; appropriating money for inflow and infiltration reduction
programs.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; INFLOW AND INFILTRATION REDUCTION
PROGRAMS.

new text begin $5,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2018 from the clean water fund to the
Metropolitan Council to provide grants or loans for local inflow and infiltration reduction
programs in the metropolitan area, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 473.121,
subdivision 2. This appropriation is available until expended.
