services programs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; GRANTS TO REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL
SERVICES PROGRAMS.

$985,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $985,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the
general fund to the Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board for grants to regional
emergency medical services programs, to be distributed equally among the eight emergency
medical services regions according to Minnesota Statutes, section 144E.52.
