A bill for an act
relating to game and fish; providing game and fish resident licenses for
nonresident National Guard members; amending Minnesota Statutes 2014,
section 97A.465, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 97A.465, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

A nonresident that is a
member of the state's National Guard may obtain a resident license to take fish or game.
This subdivision does not apply to the taking of moose or elk.
