A bill for an act
relating to data practices; classifying certain data related to small business
certification programs; amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 13.591, by
adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 13.591, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

Subdivisions 1 and 2 apply
to financial information about a business submitted to a government entity as part of
the business' application for certification as a small, minority-owned, or woman-owned
business.
