relating to human services; appropriating money for the White Earth Band of
Ojibwe child welfare services.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; WHITE EARTH BAND OF OJIBWE CHILD
WELFARE SERVICES.

$1,600,000 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of human services for a grant to the White Earth Band of Ojibwe for
purposes of delivering child welfare services. $1,600,000 is added to the base.
