A bill for an act
 relating to human services; appropriating money for the family assets for
independence program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin FAMILY ASSETS FOR INDEPENDENCE; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $350,000 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of human services for the purposes of the family assets for independence
program under Minnesota Statutes, section 256E.35. This onetime appropriation is in
addition to any other appropriation for the same purpose.
