A bill for an act
 relating to military affairs; permitting sale of the Stillwater Armory to the city of
Stillwater for less than market value.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin SALE OF STILLWATER ARMORY.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 193.36, subdivision 2, the adjutant
general shall sell and convey all right, title, and interest to the Stillwater Armory to the
city of Stillwater for $1 on request by the city.
