BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$500,000 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of agriculture to administer the industrial hemp pilot program under
Minnesota Statutes, section 18K.09.
