A bill for an act
 relating to human services; appropriating money for an integrated behavioral
health care coordination model pilot.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MENTAL HEALTH PILOT PROJECT.

new text begin $394,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human
services, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, for a grant to the Zumbro Valley Health
Center. The grant shall be used to continue a pilot project to test an integrated behavioral
health care coordination model. The grant recipient must report measurable outcomes to
the commissioner of human services by December 1, 2018. This appropriation does not
expire and is available through June 30, 2018.
