A bill for an act
 relating to liquor; clarifying the definition of alcoholic beverage to include
powdered alcohol; amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, sections 297G.01,
subdivision 2; 340A.101, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 297G.01, subdivision 2, is amended to read:


Subd. 2.

Alcoholic beverage.

"Alcoholic beverage" is any deleted text begin beveragedeleted text end new text begin liquid or
solid intended for human consumptionnew text end containing more than one-half of one percent
alcohol by volume.

Sec. 2.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 340A.101, subdivision 2, is amended to read:
