BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; SAFE PLACE FOR NEWBORNS.

$....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2016 from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services to distribute information on the Safe Place for Newborns law in
Minnesota. The purpose of this appropriation is to increase public awareness of the law.
