1E Modifying the medical assistance (MA) mental health certified peer specialist services by requiring the commissioner of human services (DHS) to collaborate with the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) system to identify coursework to fulfill training; extending MA coverage to clubhouse program services for persons with mental illness; requiring the department of human services (DHS) to provide a report with recommendations for sustainable funding modes for intensive community rehabilitation services, appropriating money to the department of human services for intensive community rehabilitation services, to the commissioner of health for statewide text message suicide prevention program expansion, and to DHS for special projects for adolescent and young adult intensive treatment and supports and for adults with serious mental health housing grants
