relating to natural resources; appropriating money for operation and maintenance
of metropolitan regional parks.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$4,500,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $4,500,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated
from the general fund to the Metropolitan Council for operation and maintenance of the
metropolitan area regional parks in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 473.351.
