relating to transportation; appropriating money for Floodwood rest area
maintenance.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FLOODWOOD REST AREA.

$40,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $40,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated from
the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of
Floodwood for maintenance, preservation, and administration of the Floodwood rest
area on marked U.S. Highway 2.
