BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

DAY.

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 120A.40, for the 2015-2016 school
year only, Independent School District No. 345, New London-Spicer, may start the school
year on the Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday before Labor Day.
