 relating to environment; maintaining the Pollution Control Agency Citizens'
Board; repealing certain amendments and reviving certain repealed statutes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The amendments made to Minnesota Statutes, sections 116.02 and 116.03, including
the repeal of Minnesota Statutes, section 116.02, subdivisions 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and
10, and any related revisor instruction, by H. F. No. XXXX, if enacted, are repealed.
Minnesota Statutes, section 116.02, subdivisions 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, are revived as
provided under Minnesota Statutes, section 645.36.
