A bill for an act
relating to energy; renewables; providing for expiration of the community-based
energy development tariff; amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section
216B.1612, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 216B.1612, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

final payment date under section 216C.41, subdivision 4, paragraph (a), clause (2).
