relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for grants to public
television.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; PUBLIC TELEVISION.

new text begin $4,200,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $4,200,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated
from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for grants
to the Minnesota Public Television Association for production and acquisition grants
according to Minnesota Statutes, section 129D.18.
