relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for Wilderness Inquiry.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; WILDERNESS INQUIRY.

new text begin $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $1,750,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated
from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant
to Wilderness Inquiry for statewide programs related to the historical and cultural heritage
of the state to increase opportunities for low-income students to participate in outdoor
public place-based education programs. This appropriation is available until expended.
