A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; appropriating money to renovate historic Hibbing
High School auditorium.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin HISTORIC HIBBING HIGH SCHOOL.

new text begin $1,187,500 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Hibbing to predesign,
design, construct, furnish, and equip the renovation of the historic Hibbing High School
auditorium. This appropriation is available until the project is completed or abandoned
subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
