BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY GRANT.

$....... is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of administration
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, for a grant to a statewide nonprofit organization
that is exclusively dedicated to the issues of access to and the acquisition of assistive
technology. The purpose of the grant is to acquire assistive technology and to work in
tandem with individuals using this technology to create career paths.
