relating to natural resources; appropriating money for Minnesota forests for
the future program.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MINNESOTA FORESTS FOR THE FUTURE PROGRAM;

$5,000,000 in fiscal year 2016 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of natural resources to acquire forest conservation easements and fee
acquisition under the Minnesota forests for the future program, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, section 84.66.
