relating to parks and trails; appropriating money for the Wagon Wheel Trail.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin WAGON WHEEL TRAIL; CITY OF LA CRESCENT.

$800,000 in fiscal year 2016 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of La Crescent for predesign,
design, and construction of the Wagon Wheel Trail in La Crescent. The availability of this
appropriation is extended to match the availability of any matching federal funds.
