support.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FARM MENTAL HEALTH.

$134,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $134,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for transfer to the Board of Trustees
of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for statewide mental health counseling
support to farm families and business operators. South Central College shall serve as
the fiscal agent.
