A bill for an act
relating to judiciary; appropriating money to the trial courts for expansion of
specialty courts.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; EXPAND SPECIALTY COURTS.

$500,000 in fiscal year 2016 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated from
the general fund to the trial courts to expand specialty courts to each county in the state.
