relating to liquor; authorizing brewpubs to sell malt liquor to licensed wholesalers
for distribution to retail licensees of the State Fair.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.301, subdivision 6, paragraph
(d), a brewpub may sell malt liquor to licensed wholesalers for distribution exclusively to
retail licensees of the State Agricultural Society during the annual fair, under Minnesota
Statutes, section 37.21, subdivision 2, paragraph (b).
